OUR PROCESS

How it Works?

As water flows through the flocculant, slow-release agents bind with dissolved soil particles, phosphorus, and organic matter, causing them to settle in ditches or sedimentation ponds. This reduces turbidity, curbs algae and weed growth, lowers maintenance costs, and supports regulatory compliance.

With its slow-release flocculation effect, it effectively reduces TSS (Total Suspended Solids), NTU (turbidity), and heavy metals. Using fluid dynamics, it gradually releases eco-friendly polymers based on particle size, shape, and density.

Instructions for Use

Each EcoClear treats 8,000 m3 of wastewater. For best results, place at least 4 blocks near the drainage source, secured with built-in ropes. Maintain a flow rate of 0.6 – 1.2 m/s; use sandbags or gravel if needed to reduce speed. Install wire mesh downstream to catch flocculated particles. In high-turbidity or steep areas, add sedimentation ponds or pre-treatment tanks for optimal clarity.
